We keep it simple

There is no statutory right of return in Switzerland. However, we know that you are amazed by our products and that you only want to return them in rare cases. But we also know that an order can be placed wrongly, or you could simply change your mind.

We therefore grant you a voluntary right of return within 14 days of placing your order. Please note that there are products that cannot be returned.

Procedure

We will then send you instructions based on your case.

We differentiate between the following cases:

 

Unrestricted return

A return for reimbursement at the purchase price is only possible if:

  • Product unopened in the original packaging
  • Original labels not removed
  • Unused and no signs of use
  • The item was purchased a maximum of 14 days ago

 

Returns with a 20% deduction

In this case, the returns must be assessed by us. Because this involves a lot of effort, we deduct 20% of the amount paid from the reimbursement.

  • Product opened, but the original packaging is undamaged
  • Accessories available in perfect conditions
  • Original labels not removed
  • Unused and no signs of use
  • The item was purchased a maximum of 14 days ago

 

No Return

  • Customer-specific and individualized articles
  • Original packaging is missing
  • Accessory is missing
  • Consumables
  • Hygiene concerns
  • Health concerns

 

Cost of Return

The return of a product is at the expense and risk of the customer. Please have your return confirmed and keep this confirmation. In the event of a package loss, your return can only be credited upon presentation of this document.

We will pay the return costs in the following cases:

  • For incorrectly delivered items
  • When you receive an item that has not been ordered
  • Upon receipt of a defective item

 

Exchange and refund

If the goods are properly returned, we offer you to choose between an exchange or a refund. In the event of a refund, we will pay back the total price that you paid no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the goods. The repayment depends on the payment method originally used and is always made to the associated account that was used for the payment. Please ensure that you have access to the specified bank account, as Verreaux Swiss assumes no liability in this regard.
